                During our professional practice as engineers in the World, we became aware of the scarcity of national consulting engineering firms that measure up to high international standards, and can undertake the much needed technical studies in the fields of: Structural design, Exterior Design, Interior design, Plumbing Design, Electrical Design and other engineering areas.

                   Conversely, the World is a knowledge source of highly qualified manpower such as architects, engineers and technicians graduated from the Reputed Universities; thus in 1959 Consolidated Engineering Company was founded to provide these highly qualified specialists with the adequate opportunity to apply their know-how in the development and service of their countries.
